Wedding Guestbook: Nadirah & Hafifi

Assalamualaikum w.b.t and Hello all,

Congratulations to all newly weds. May happiness be with you all till JANNAH, InsyaALLAH.

This is one of my favorite wedding guestbook that I made on April (-_-)
Yeah, you're right! I shouldn't keep all these pictures in my folder and silence. My bad.
Anyway, let's enjoy the pictures!

I think turquoise are really popular and trending nowadays. Turquoise papers, flowers, fabrics, ribbons, threads, zippers, buttons and even pearls are no longer hard to find. There's bunch of everything turquoise in store! I personally love how it looks with the purple ribbon bound through the book.

“I’ll write the word blue in green and when I ask you what color it is,
the proper response is turquoise”
~ Jarod Kintz ~

“Love is a peaceful feeling, like a flower hugging a butterfly.
”
~ Jarod Kintz ~

I use my favorite paper roses in cream for the book. I really need something bright and wide to be the stars of the book, so the medium size roses would be a big help. Plus, I also add a black paper butterfly on top of the roses, and a bug on top of the love-shaped tags.

"You are no longer a couple, you are the one, you share one life and don’t divide it no longer in two.
You don’t use the word “I” anymore, there’s only “We”.
You belong to him and have no doubts that he belongs to you. So two become one"

say thank you and celebrate,
and when life is bitter,
say thank you and grow"

I'm using crepe papers as main option for guestbook covers. I love the texture of the paper and wrinkle looks it has and in fact, crepe papers are sold in many interesting colors and are easy to find. They're also much more affordable compared to other craft papers. These books are SUITABLE for felt crafts, quilling, and other paper-basic decoration too!

Wedding Guestbook: Malihah & Malek

Assalamualaikum & Hello everyone,

Yeay, finally finished! 2 months pass just too fast. I had a month of struggling with handbound books and quilling papers, another month for wedding guestbook. It belongs to Malihah, the bride to be, a close friend of my school life, she ordered me a wedding guestbook, pink purple in color (it's oriental fuschia to be exact) and colorful pages as well. What surprised me most is, she's marrying a friend too, used to know him as a classmate, Malek will be her groom ^_^ Congrats friends!

I thank them most for giving me this opportunity, to trust and to support my passion in craft. This is the 2nd wedding guestbook I made. I'm still new to it and yes, I've got to say that I'm happy with the result. Well worth it to spend some times exploring some new techniques and new items to be gathered here on a set of book.

I think that's all for now, I wish them happiness and a blessed marriage.

Happy fasting to all Muslims. Have a blissful Friday!
Thank you.
